This policy explains what personal information BigAI Technologies Private Limited ("BigAI") collects through bigai.in, why we collect it and how we look after it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, organisation, city, education and your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address.

Our server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We do not use advertising trackers. Photos on this site are served by Unsplash’s image service, which receives standard request information when your browser loads them.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry or application, to send the emails you asked for, to run the internship programme, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Google Workspace, where our team records enquiries — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications are kept for up to two years, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information earlier at any time.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Form data is stored encrypted and access is restricted to authorised BigAI staff.
