Refund policy

This policy applies to fees paid to BigAI for the internship programme and training services.

Before the batch starts

If you cancel in writing at least 7 days before your batch start date, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid, less any payment gateway charges.

After the batch starts

Requests made within the first 7 days after the batch start date are eligible for a 50% refund. After 7 days, fees are not refundable, but you may ask to transfer to a later batch once.

If we cancel

If BigAI cancels or postpones a batch and you cannot join the new dates, you will receive a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. To request a refund, email us with your name, registered email and payment reference.
